From Friday, September 8, the Tour de Hokkaido International Cycling Union, a bicycle road race sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), will be held for three days. Due to the use of the Bear Mountain parking lot for the Games, some parking lots will be restricted after 12 o'clock.
