Time: Once a day, limited to 1 group, 1:30pm - approximately 1 hour

Number of people: 1 group, 2 to 4 people

・As of January 23rd, the winter situation is somewhat unstable. Even if you make a reservation, it may be canceled depending on the condition of the bear on the day.

・Ezo brown bears have a very keen sense of smell, and can react strongly to odors that are not bothersome to humans, causing them to wake up.

If you wish to participate in the tour, please refrain from using or bringing in strongly scented items such as perfumes.

Also, depending on the strength of the scent, we may refuse your participation on the day.

・Small children must be accompanied by a guardian.

・Please refrain from making loud noises or voices inside the animal enclosure.

・You can take photos (no flash allowed) and videos, but live streaming is not possible.

・You cannot bring in food or eat during the tour. Please complete this in advance.

・If other staff members determine that it is dangerous or impossible to continue, we may ask you to cancel or leave.
