双子の兄弟、サンタ(左)とヒナタ(右)‼️ 普段からの行動を観察していますと、 サンタが兄、ヒナタが弟のように感じ ますね～。 園内では、暴れん坊のサンタですが、 ヒナタに対しては、良い兄なんですよ ～(笑)

ベアマウンテンが誇る巨熊‼️ ミット、１０歳。 冬ごもりに向けて、体重が増加中(笑) 右前足に注目‼️ 高速でおやつをかき集めているように 見えませんか～⤴️(笑)

丸太をやぐら状に組み上げて、中は空洞 になっており、食べにくい作りにしてい ます。その中に餌を入れクマさんの反応 を観察しました。 挑戦者は、ミット君❗ なんとかして食べようとあの手この手を 使い悪戦苦闘し、終には軽々と倒そうと していました。 が……しかしこのやぐらの重さは推定 １００㎏以上‼️ クマさんの力は凄まじいですね～(笑)

シラカバと ヒナタと 上腕3頭筋・・・・ かな？ただの脂肪かも🐻 これからは秋！食欲の秋！ ヒグマ達もこれからたくさん食べて大きくなりますよー！

園内でもゲリライベント的にスイカの プレゼントを行った１コマです。 美味しそうにスイカを食べているクマさん は、コウジです。大事そうに抱えていますね❗ スイカの匂いに誘われ、写真左上に注目⁉️ ドンドン近づいて来るクマがいますね。 クマさんにとってスイカは大好物の食べ物❗ 近づいて来たクマさんは、クマエモンでした。 必要以上に近づいた為、この後クマエモンはコウジに怒られていました(笑) ガォー😈

ベア・マウンテン夏の恒例行事に なってきたスイカのプレゼントが 始まりました❗ 今回も近隣の農家さんのご厚意で 沢山頂きました。 ありがとうございます🎵 １枚目の写真は、モコ❗ 美味しいに食べていますね(笑) ２枚目の写真は、モコとミットで スイカの匂いに誘われて近づいて 来たところです。 大親友同士なので、仲良く分けあって 食べていますね❗ どうやら、クマ社会でも友情はある みたいですよ～⤴(笑) これが他のクマ同士ですと、とんでも ないことが……(笑)

Hello! It seems that hot days continue every day in Honshu, but Bear Mountain here in Shintoku Town, Hokkaido, is facing a cool summer. Bear Mountain was introduced in "Shimura Animal Garden" broadcast yesterday, August 4, at 19:00! Taka and Toshi came to see brown bears in Hokkaido. Bear Mountain is different from the brown bears in ordinary zoos, and they are kept in a form close to nature. Here you can see brown bears relaxing in the pond, brown bears standing in the trees, brown bears rubbing their backs, etc. Please come and visit ♪ Bear Mountain. 西日本では、連日の猛暑日❗ 人も大変ですが、動物園の 動物たちもバテバテでしょうね。 ベアのクマたちも暑さでバテ気味❗ と言っても西日本に比べたら過ごしやすい 暑さなんでしょうけどね(笑) 写真のクマは、モコ❗ お昼寝したくても暑くて寝れなかった のか、水に浮かぶ木を枕代わりして 眠っていました❗ ３枚目の写真ですが、後ろ姿って何とも 言えない可愛さがあるんですけど、分かりますか～(笑)

正解は、池の中に何かいますね(笑) 遊歩道から探すと草木越しに潜んで いますから良～く探して見てください❗ 因みに笹越しに見えるのは、コウジでした。

ここ数日間天候も悪く、気温も低い 日が続きましたが、やっと夏を感じる 暑さになってきました。 クマにとっては、気温が低い方が過ご しやすいんですけどね。 さて、この１枚の写真ですが、どこかに クマさんがいますよ～❗ 皆さん、わかりますか～。

園内のサクラも散り、徐々に暑くなって きた今日この頃❗ 暑さに耐えきれず水場で、涼むクマが 増えてきました。 写真のクマは、園内最高齢のヤワラです。 お年を召しているせいか、バテるのが早い ですが、愛嬌があるお顔してるでしょ(笑) これからどんどん暑さが厳しくなる季節！ 園内には、水場がたくさんあり気持ち良さ そうに水浴びやレスリングを楽しむ姿が見 られますよ～。

New Bear Introduction (2) Hello everyone. This is an introduction to the brown bear "Lela" that has newly arrived at Bear Mountain! Now 7 years old, he will be the Bear, the son of Mitt, who was the youngest on Bear Mountain. The word lera means wind in the Ainu language. When I put it out on the playground, it was running around like the wind! As for this Lela, like Holt, it will be unveiled after meeting other individuals, so please wait for a while.

Introduction of the new bear (1) Thank you for visiting Golden Week! The holidays are almost over and I feel lonely, but here I would like to introduce you to Bear Mountain's new friends. His name is "Holt"! He is now 8 years old and still young compared to the veteran bears around him, but when he goes out on the playground, he rubs his back against a tree that smells of other bears to override the smell. I haven't greeted the other bears yet, and it seems that my debut in the park will be a little later, but (the keepers also need to understand the relationship with the other bears. We will report back when that time comes.
