The best time to see autumn leaves! Tomorrow's last day! !

The leaves of the birch have fallen, but the beautiful red autumn leaves have become noticeable. The autumn leaves in the park are also in full bloom. Unfortunately, tomorrow (10/21) is the last day. Koji, the big brother, is also picturesque with autumn leaves in the background. And when I was concentrating on taking a picture of Koji... Santa-kun fades in. Close... It rained today, and I suddenly got wet, but I saw a rainbow after the rain. We look forward to seeing you on the last day of tomorrow!!

One week to go...

The temperature was 6 degrees Celsius this morning, which is approaching a comfortable temperature for the bears. I thought it was hot, but before I knew it, it was the middle of October. We will be open next week (10/21) and will close our business for 2012. The ongoing "Brown Bear Weight Guessing Quiz" has also received many applications. Why don't you take the time to observe and predict the brown bear in front of you for one more week? This Tuesday (10/16), we will be open without a break. We look forward to seeing you for one more week.

Hirotake exclusive! Autumn Salmon Present

Yesterday, Hirotake mushrooms were full of rehearsals in rainbow trout. We have been camping in the pond since the morning, waiting for the release of autumn salmon. I'm eating right away. You look very relaxed, Hirotake-kun. You can see the soles of your feet. I'm sure they've already eaten about 10 of them since last week's three-day holiday. It's getting kind of boring, and I'm about to start wintering soon. When it gets better, it looks cute. I tried sticking out my tongue as well. […]

Autumn Salmon Present

Today, Hirotake and Moko, who are masters of catching fish, will challenge themselves to catch salmon in autumn! I thought that the two of them were concentrating on salmon hunting, but Moko sensed something and went out of the pond. It was Santa who came. Moko Hirotake, who doesn't like Santa, ran away into the forest at a brisk pace. Santa, who was able to have the pond to himself, was able to catch and eat salmon leisurely. Santa is fond of heads, and he eats them while dexterously sticking out his hard bones. Watch them use the power of their forehead and jaw to bite powerfully.

Autumn salmon present?Day 1?

The annual event "Autumn Salmon Present to Brown Bears". On the first day, twin bears, Santa Hinata, take on the challenge! Although he loses sight of the autumn salmon dropped from above, he is trying to catch it by cornering it in a corner. While customers say "Look, I'm there!" through the glass, please see them doing their best.

9/15, 16, 17, 22, 23 Autumn salmon presented to brown bears

Sahoro is 30℃ again today. Even though commercials for studless tires and heating equipment are on TV, I don't feel like it. Here is an event announcement from Sahoro, which is blessed with such nice weather. We presented autumn salmon to the brown bears, which was sponsored by the Tokachi-Kushiro Jurisdiction Salmon Breeding Business Association. For Hirotake, who has trained in fishing with small rainbow trout, autumn salmon is a big challenge! ? Can you catch it right in front of your customers? ? ? please! Please see for yourself.

That was the event in September 2008.

That happened in 2008. The moment when Hirotake, who is the best at catching fish on Bear Mountain, takes a bite of a swimming salmon and catches an autumn salmon. The fish usually bury their faces and push the fish into a corner, trying to catch them with their forelimbs, but the water is deep enough that they can escape. Hirotake is disappointed. I don't think I'll be able to catch it this well, but I'll try again this year! [Autumn salmon present for brown bears]<+ ))><< 9/15?17, 22/23 11:10? At Bear Point

American car magazine "Amemag Caravan in Hokkaido"

Continuing from last week, an event was held in the parking lot this week as well. This time, Amemag Caravan will be held in Hokkaido for the first time. A large number of American cars gathered, far exceeding our expectations of 50-60 cars. Please take a look at just a small part of it. The 600-space parking lot fills up quickly! ! I couldn't fit into the parking lot and drove into the grassy area. I'm sorry. A cool car with Mt. Sahoro in the background. One parking space will not fit. It might be perfect for running around Hokkaido. Rancho El Paso from Obihiro has opened a store. Everyone was enjoying the last days of summer with beer and sausage. There was a country band on stage, and the venue was filled with country music, giving the venue a landscape that felt like it wasn't even Japan. This event will be featured in the November issue of American Car Magazine (on sale September 15th), so please look forward to it! We would like to thank all of our visitors to Bear Mountain for their cooperation in regulating traffic in the parking lot.

Strict lingering summer heat, 30 degrees Celsius, clear skies

Today is another sunny day in Sahoro. Even though it's the end of August, the temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, but customers from Honshu say they feel refreshed and comfortable. Anyway, the weather was nice (^?^) I went to check on the bears. Kouta-kun's mouth looks like he's saying, ``Ah!'' I eat snacks lying down. The moco looks like it has a sled in it. Why is there so much hair missing above both eyes? Hey everyone, the bear with the sled inside is ``Moko''. Don't worry, this is not a rebellious phase. It's easy to identify individuals. When Kouji was cooling off in a puddle, Santa came from inside. “I want to go into the water too♪” I said as I approached. . . Santa can't even get close to Kouji as he threatens him, saying, "This is my puddle!!" I searched for a different place and moved on. The bears weren't as bothered by the heat as I expected. From now on, food prices will increase as we move towards the important autumn season. The trees in the park will also start to change color, so you can enjoy a different atmosphere♪
