Bears have begun to wake up from winter hibernation in early March.

Yesterday, I went outside for the first time in a long while to stock the sub-paddock.

All of our staff are designed for cold regions.

"Canter" is the largest animal on Bear Mountain.

It looks like their bodies are bathed in sunlight. Even so, it looks dazzling...

"Koji" has big brother skin. Also sunbathing.

Director Sasaki says, ``The weather is nice today, so the bears are calm.''

As the word suggests, time passes by so leisurely that it's hard to believe you're standing on the cold snow.
