How do you measure breathing rate?

I uploaded it to my blog before, but it looked like this.

However, there are also different types of measurement positions.

1. Normal posture

Basic position that puts less stress on the body and emphasizes balance

2. Concentrated posture

・Compared to the normal position, there is less clearance and is often taken during strong winds.

The downside is a significant drop in body temperature and loss of sensation in the extremities, such as the tips of the feet.

3. Special posture

・Take this when the ground is flooded with water due to snow melting, such as in early spring.

The muscles of the whole body are required to support the body with just the toes and one arm placed against the ventilation hole.

It's very difficult, so it's a short-term intensive type of work.

During wintering, measurements are taken in these three positions.
