Breeding staff are divided into shifts and the tasks they are responsible for each day.

?Animal housing → Bear release/housing, room cleaning and feeding

?Jeep → Bear health management within the park, bus safety and gate management

?Guide → Guide at bear points and promenades, bear health management

I mainly take turns doing these three things.

Today was my last day in charge of the Jeep this season, so I took photos of all the bears in the enclosure!

Handsome Kumaemon Honest Santa Uncle Kouji

It was a cold and rainy day, but the bears looked comfortable.

As for me, after the containment was completed successfully, I was cleaning the cave where Joyner had collected grass (Joyner's hobby?!) by spraying water on it with a hose, but the joint came loose and water was spraying out.

I ended up in a miserable state with my face soaked with water...

(For a moment, I didn't realize what was happening and thought I was going to drown.)

Don't let your guard down until the end!

There are only a few days left for this season, but please come and see the peaceful bears and autumn leaves!
