At the end of the boardwalk course, a joiner voluntarily climbed the birch visible from the endpoint. Koji has climbed it before (see the Bear Mountain report on June 18 for details), but that was because he installed ice on a tree containing apples and carrots. I climbed today even though I didn't do any gimmicks.

Even so, the figure holding the log is like a stuffed animal. (Photo right)

I don't care about the rain. The actions of the "Joyman of Play Genius" are interesting and you can't take your eyes off them.
