The watermelon giveaway, which has become an annual summer event at Bear Mountain, has begun❗ Once again, thanks to the kindness of neighboring farmers, we received a lot of watermelons. Thank you 🎵 The first photo is Moco❗ He's eating delicious food (lol) The second photo is Moco and Mitt, who were attracted by the smell of watermelon and came closer. They are best friends, so they share their food with each other❗ Apparently, there is friendship even in bear society~⤴(lol) If this happens with other bears, something unbelievable would happen...(lol)

Hello! It seems that hot days continue every day in Honshu, but Bear Mountain here in Shintoku Town, Hokkaido, is facing a cool summer. Bear Mountain was introduced in "Shimura Animal Garden" broadcast yesterday, August 4, at 19:00! Taka and Toshi came to see brown bears in Hokkaido. Bear Mountain is different from the brown bears in ordinary zoos, and they are kept in a form close to nature. Here you can see brown bears relaxing in the pond, brown bears standing in the trees, brown bears rubbing their backs, etc. Please come and visit ♪ Bear Mountain. Bear Mountain is about 60 minutes by car from the Furano area. About 2 hours by car from Sapporo About 60 minutes by car from Obihiro About 1 hour and 45 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport

In Western Japan, it's a hot day every day❗ It's not only hard for people, but the animals at the zoo must be exhausted as well. The bears are also feeling exhausted from the heat❗ But compared to western Japan, it's probably just because of the heat (lol) The bear in the photo is Moco❗ It was too hot to sleep even if he wanted to take a nap, so he was sleeping using a tree floating in the water as a pillow❗ In the third photo, there's something indescribably cute about his back view, can you tell? (lol)

The correct answer is, ``What's in the pond?'' (lol) If you look for it from the promenade, it's lurking behind the plants, so look for it carefully and take a look❗ By the way, what you can see through the bamboo grass is a Koji.

The weather has been bad and the temperature has been low for the past few days, but it's finally starting to feel like summer. For bears, it's easier when the temperature is lower. Now, in this one photo, there's a bear somewhere~❗ Can you all spot it?

The cherry blossoms in the park have fallen, and the weather is gradually getting hotter these days❗ More and more bears can't stand the heat and are cooling off at water holes. The bear in the photo is the oldest bear in the park. Maybe it's because he's getting older, but he gets tired quickly, but he has a charming face (lol) It's getting hotter and hotter from now on! There are many water holes in the park, and you can see them having fun bathing and wrestling.

Cherry blossoms and Hirotake The cherry blossoms in the garden of Bear Mountain are now in full bloom! Hirotake was cherry blossom viewing! Hirotake is often near this cherry tree, so when you get on the bear-watching bus, look for this cherry tree as a landmark!

New Bear Introduction (2) Hello everyone. This is an introduction to the brown bear "Lela" that has newly arrived at Bear Mountain! Now 7 years old, he will be the Bear, the son of Mitt, who was the youngest on Bear Mountain. The word lera means wind in the Ainu language. When I put it out on the playground, it was running around like the wind! As for this Lela, like Holt, it will be unveiled after meeting other individuals, so please wait for a while.
